MSCU Recipe: Zabaglione

Today's Recipe: Zabaglione





6 eggs
1 cup sweet wine (Marsala)
1/4 cup sugar


1.) Mix ingredients together well.

2.) Place in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until thick, stirring constantly with a whisk.

Serve warm or cold.
